A laser proof must be supplied with all
digital files.
Files may be compressed with Stuffit or DiskDoubler.
Ad Size: Crop marks for page size ads should be at trim size of magazine. Bleed ads extend beyond trim by 1/4 inch.
Fonts: Include all fonts on disk
(printer and screen fonts).
Please use Adobe type fonts only.
Specify all colors/photos as CMYK.
Make sure custom colors are set to process.
Graphic art images should be saved in EPS or TIFF format at high resolution
(300 dpi at 100% usage).

Deadline: Materials must be received
4-6 weeks before deadline.
PC APPLICATIONS NOT SUPPORTED: including, Microsoft, Publisher, PowerPoint, Corel Draw -these files have
a tendency to reflow and may need to be “adjusted” on the Macintosh platform.
